I like this product,quality, effects on body.it decree’s seen fat with 2 bottle regular use,keep in Refrigerator and take 10ml with 200ml normal water.very simple to use.and not this happening when you stop then fat back with twice speeding.I RECOMMEND MINIMUM 3MONTH OF USE.To see long lasting results.

Somehow it is increasing blood sugar. I tried multiple times with isolated tests and found this is increasing blood sugar. Took test before drink and after 2hrs of drink without having anything else.Otherwise product is good.

L carnitine does not burn fat in the bodies of active individuals.For the last 3 months I have been shedding 2-3 inches on my chest, glutes and stomach.After starting this product and consuming it nearly for a month there is a similar drop of 2-3 inches and this is in spite of making the workout more rigorous and being on a same diet as I was previously.So there is no notable advantage of consuming l-carnitine.Please do your own research before buying l carnitine
