Evergreen Research ETB30240 Insect Repelling EnviroTek Wristbands, Assorted (Pack of 10)

I bought these to see if they would repel tiger flies when I am out for a run. They work okay but for a limited amount of time. I actually wear one on my head since that is where the tiger flies tend to swarm. So it stretches, it smells fine (like lemon and citronella) but after 20 minutes or so the tiger flies are back. So four stars since they are moderately effective and I don't have to spray myself with Deet.

Well, it may be that there just weren't as many mosquitoes this year, but with 21 of us camping for one week, only one of us was bitten. Hurrah! So, I gave it on my list to purchase again next year.

I don't know what I was expecting. It is citronella on these bands. They are strong. But they didn't keep the bugs away. We still need to apply bug spray.

Work excellent. Not one mosquito bite during a round of golf near a swamp.

I have only had the chance to test these out once. My grandson recently had a night time soccer game. My daughter, granddaughter and I all wore one around our wrists. My granddaughter had to have one around her ankle too as she swore the one on her wrist would not help her ankle. I didn't see a mosquito all night. My daughter stated she had one fly up to her arm and then immediately fly away. She said all other nights when she goes out for their practices she gets bit up like crazy but not that night. The 4 stars Is only because I had the one time to use them. will see how good they work this summer

I really am a sucker for good customer service. My bands came along with a card that had a note telling me that the supplier hopes I enjoy my product and providing me with contact info. This made me just that much happier with the product. Within 2 days, the box containing the wristbands wad at my door. Sometimes I see, like, one of these bracelets going for over 5 bucks. Seriously?!? They're much cheaper wholesale, and now I have enough for my whole family. The bracelets fit on and off nicely. Now, they do indeed have a citronella scent, however... normally, I kind of dislike citronella. This is different. I can tolerate it a lot more. At least, definitely more than getting bitten by mosquitos! I can't wait to use this product more. I hate mosquitos! So cool how just a bracelet wards them off.
