Exactly what I wanted

The plaque itself looks okay. When I opened it, it noticed that there was a small crack in the glass and the frame they provided me with is too small and doesn't fit the plaque inside (or the plaque is too large, either way). It's just unfortunate because it took so long for it to be delivered too.

After ordering and receiving a message stating that the product was delivered when it wasn't I had let the company know the issue. I know delivery wasn't their problem but they did everything they could in addition to myself and was finally able to get the product delivered. Product itself is immaculate and the spotify scanning works as advertised. Great company customer service and product.

Absolutely ridiculous. I payed almost $30 for this. It didn’t come with the frame, and it’s all scratched up.It’s not even all the way see through it looks old and raggedy.I was really looking forward to give this out on Christmas. But, I cannot gift this. It looks like a spend $2.00 for it.So disappointed.

The plastic is all scratched and foggy! Looks nothing like the picture! Very disappointed! This was a Christmas gift to my son’s girlfriend and now we are embarrassed to give it to her and not enough time to ship it back before Christmas, it was late arriving as well.

I am beyond disappointed with these items They came to me foogy and with a stamp covering the QR code. it took almost 3 weeks to get here and I was missing my white wood edges This is not worth the 70-something dollars I had to pay!!!

Came scratch to hell didn’t get the border with it and it has 136 in sharpie in the middle of it!
