I bought this product to improve and target certain muscle groups for push ups, I must say the product does not disappoint, it’s an easy to use effect way of building muscle and strength, you cannot go wrong with this, the first day I used it was on triceps and I could feel them working with every rep or every set, it also has its own beginner manual of what you should train and where it targets etc, I recommend this product to anybody no matter the fitness level, beginner, intermediate or advanced. It’s sturdy and you don’t have to worry about it sliding on carpet etc (because that’s how I use it), thank you for such an amazing product :)

I've been using this board for a week now and I am impressed.As someone who is not very fit I struggle to do push-ups at all but with this push up board I'm able to do full set and keep to the suggested routine that comes in the box.The board itself is very sturdy and well designed it comes with none slip pads which is great as most of the floors in my house are wood but it also works well on carpets, the handles tuck away in side the board for storage and it folds up nice and small, the magnetic catch is not very strong but is sufficient for keeping it closed while not in useOverall I do recommend this boardEasy to useSmart designLightweight but strong

This product is very sustainable and worth it. The grips have comfort in them and it is easy to use and not complicating .Also the product is lightweight and easy to take when travelling and not hard to set up

This has a very strong board at the bottom, that not only keeps the handles in place, but also guides you to a range of different layouts.This push up board does exactly what you would expect. It folds in half for transportation and storage, and stores the handles inside too. The magnetic catch keeps the board nicely folded and in place.It seems to have quite a high weight tolerance too. It can handle large well built adults pushing up on this without issue so it has huge tolerances! Any adult can easily carry out their daily exercises with no worries.The texture is particularly good as it's not too slippery. Helping you to stay where you're intending whilst working out.I highly recommend this product.

So with lockdown going on I have admittandly gained a few lbs and I bought this on a bit of a whim. I was a bit worried it might be a bit flimsy but I was pleasently surprised. Yes it is plastic, yes it is light but it's damn strong.Great instructions with a range of exercises to help you out and feel a bit better about yourself.Folds up super small (would fit in a rucksack but I put it in my car when I go to the office) and then opens up and clicks together.Interesting point I would recommend you put the rubber feet on it ASAP as I slid a cross the office first time I tried it haha!Would upload pics but amazon won't let me for some reason (technology :-(.

This is a sensible substitute to gym as it helps in keeping the body in shape and fit. The push up board helps in keeping the upper body strong and fit with it's various exercises for chest, triceps, shoulders and back.The board is lightweighted, solid material to hold the weight of the body and easy to carry made of ABS plastic. The non slip sticker keeps the board intact in one position and doesn't let it slip. Safe exercise and a foldable design.The board has coloured stripes like red, blue, green, yellow for shoulder, chest, triceps and trapezius exercises respectively.The downside are thr push up handles. The grip is made of rubber and is thin in width. With regular usage, due to it's thin width, it starts to pain in the palms and becomes uncomfortable to use. Need more soft, thick and comfortable grip for effective grip. Without better grip, it's not much to use the board.Prrice on the higher side and can be competitive.

I am doing 100 push ups a day for Prostate Cancer Research and this came just in time. Tried it out a few times and seems easier on my wrists than normal push ups.Really like the 4 week routine it supplied also.

Wanted to strengthen my arms but I don't want to go to the gym or buy expensive equipment, not a huge fan of press ups but a friend recommended this and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised, I didnt realise the difference having your hands in different positions can make. You just line up the handles with coloured holes to work on the muscles from the instructions. There is even on position for your back, which I thought is great for me as I have sciatica and been told to strengthen my core. I thought how can that work just by changing my hand position, but it really does you can feel it right away.Packs away for easy storage , I'm pretty happy with it.

Um mein häusliches Fitnessprogramm in Corona Zeiten zu erweitern habe ich mir Push Up Rack Board von OneAMG bestellt. Heute bestellt, morgen schon da.Nach dem Auspacken dachte ich zunächst, OK und damit trainiere ich tatsächlich verschiedene Muskelgruppen. Noch am selben Abend habe ich mein erstes Training damit absolviert und war begeistert. Beim Umstecken merkt man sofort wie die Übung eine andere Muskelgruppe deutlich stärker beansprucht, als die vorherige Übung. Weiter finde ich die Übung deutlich intensiver als bei üblichen Liegestützen. Muskelkater gab es auch ordentlich, da hier Muskelgruppen trainiert wurden, an die man sonst nur schwer herankommt.Ich nutze das Puch Up Rack mittlerweile 2 x die Woche und baue es in mein Tabata Training ein.Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Articolo ricevuto nei tempi previsti. È molto resistente, compatto e semplice all’uso. Non occupa praticamente spazio essendo che è pieghevole e le maniglie possono essere collocate all’interno, trasformando la piattaforma in una scatola. Ottimo per l’allenamento, finita la seduta si vede e sente subito la differenza. La stabilità non manca, da sicurezza fin da subito. Consiglio l’acquisto per chi vuole praticare palestra anche da casa!!

Es perfecta para hacer flexiones, tiene varios colores que indican la zona que se trabaja donde se colocan las asas que vienen en el interior, se recoge con facilidad doblando la mitad. Para alguien que no esté acostumbrado hacer flexiones es muy práctico. Lo que más me ha gustado es el material que es resistente y lo intuitivo que resulta por los colores. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar.
