Q: Is this one or two pulleys? The description does say "Pulleys" so i'm wondering if it is a pair of them.

This is one pulley. I was confused at first as well, but when you scroll down to the detailed description, it states qty 1

Q: Also the jet ski lift will have 4 jet skis on it and as many as 4 or more people totaling about 2500-3000LBs.

You will need a more heavy duty pulley for your needs...these are very light duty.

Q: Can this be mounted on a ceiling and/ or wall?

I mounted it with a hook that screwed into the wall, for a clothesline.

Q: What kind of hook can fit into the small hole on the pulley? All the heavy duty ones won't fit the hole.

I used 7 strand wire into the hole and connected with a wire press.
