Great Purchase Extremely Satisfied
The media could not be loaded. Great product for the money, easy installation, lots of water pressure no fingerprints on metal (loved that) sleek and modern design. Would NOT recommend.UPDATE after less of a year using the faucet the stream feature doesn’t work only the power spray, a problem that had been reported on-line by many customers. Finally decided to replace it for a Kohler faucet. Did not saved any money by buying a cheaper brand. NOT RECOMMENDED

Do not buy.
I brought this faucet and it only lasted two weeks. The sensor stopped working. My brother fix it and it only lasted one week. Every week we had to take it apart and clean it. Then two weeks ago it stopped working. I thought it was a good brand to buy it is trouble. I wasted my money. DON'T BUY IT.

Nice faucet but would have been happier without the touch feature
This is a good looking faucet that suited my needs well, except that for me the touch feature was probably a mistake. The hoses and the parts appear to be of good quality and I had no problem with making connections that worked perfectly the first time. The instructions were useful but inadequate. Luckily they have a support phone number and I got answers promptly. One of the answers was incorrect when it came to the touch feature. There is an electrically controlled valve that must be mounted horizontally. The instructions say this but with all the plumbing and hose routing in that area, a vertical orientation would have been easier. I asked if that was OK and the support person said that it was, so I went ahead and stuck it down with the provided adhesive backed velcro. Oops! The valve doesn't work in that position. One needs to connect a wire to the bottom metal of the faucet, plug it into the valve body, and also mount and plug in the battery pack. They have good connectors for these that only go in one way and seem like they are appropriate for this application. It took me as much effort to find good locations for the touch parts and getting them mounted straight as it did to attach the faucet and connect the plumbing. Now that all is installed, the touch is a novelty but to me it doesn't add useful functionality. Furthermore, it confuses others that don't know how to make the water start flowing, and if they do then they are likely to close the valve manually so the touch feature won't work for the next person. Somewhere in the notes there is mention that one has to change the batteries when they get low, lest the sink not shut off !!! If I could I would remove all the touch features and go conventional. But the fittings are designed to connect with the valve box under the sink, so it would take some thought as to how to make a leak-free bypass.

Beautiful and functional BUT
I love this faucet! I have had it since June of this year. I haven’t had any issues u til recently… it’s the same things from other comments. First it started out with some high pitch whistling from the faucet particularly when it’s on hot and full flow and not on the “spray” setting but the other setting. ALSO the button that switches between the different spray modes seems to be not functioning properly. I have to wiggle it for it to set the spray mode in place, as where before I’d push it and that was it. Other than these issues the touch is amazing, I have not had to replace the batteries yet and we use this faucet a lot!

Really Kraus???
I bought this specifically because it has the touch feature. I don’t like the touchless because I find them unreliable and frustrating. Well turns out this faucet is more unreliable and frustrating. I’ll start with the instructions, I’m really shocked a company like Kraus provides such awful instructions with their faucets. They look like instructions you’d receive with a $20 faucet straight from China that will have more lead and other toxic chemicals come out of it than water. Seriously, I had to triple check the instructions weren’t swapped out by accident. The illustrations are blurry so you can’t see detail on the way things go together and their steps just not there, really!! They literally just left out steps of how to install the touch function assembly and you’re left to just figure it out. This is all the more frustrating because the touch function doesn’t work right out the box and you’re left wondering if it’s the parts left up to you to figure out because Kraus decided to include incomplete instructions. Very angering that the reason I bought this faucet and it doesn’t work and I tried everything possible over hours to get it functional. So I emailed Kraus and without even asking me details they said they know what’s defective and that as soon as I registered it with them they’d mail me out the upgraded part. That tells be they brought a defective and flawed product to market and it’s going to be an inconvenience, hassle, and timely ordeal to get it to work they way it should. Sorry Kraus but I won’t support brands with such inferior QA and product development. The only positive thing I can comment on is the spot resistant stainless finish. It’s very nice and easy to keep clean, but unfortunately that’s it. Buy this faucet if you like, but I don’t recommend it.

Perfect
We bought this faucet to replace another from the same company due to a kitchen Reno where the changes required the handle to not swing more than 90 degrees. Works perfectly!

Good so far
Good product so far. Has been installed for about a week now and no issues yet.Install was mostly good except for the weight that gets attached below. It's very tough to click in. Took some effort but I finally got it. No complaints otherwise.
