First off, the product smells great! I have super long and damaged hair from swimming and coloring and I'm in a high humidity area. I've tried a lot of products so I was skeptical. However, this made my hair soft and let my natural curl do its thing. Used a little and really worked it through my hair. I left it on my hair for at least 25 minutes each use.

After recently lightening my hair I put caroline keller hair protector on and let sit for 20 minutes. When I washed it off my hair was silky smooth! I absolutely love this product! It smells good and a little goes a long way. Shipping was super fast. I highly recommend this product!!

I’d give the performance of this conditioner 4 stars. It worked fairly well on my dry and brittle hair. But I had to remove another star for the $20 price tag on 3.4 ounces. I have long hair, so to pay top dollar, I expect outstanding performance. I left this on my hair for a full 30 minutes. I’m not in love with the scent which is highly floral (rose leaning.)I think there are better options at this price point.
