The pin on the lock got stuck in. I couldn't open the lock had to break the lock apart to get my laptop out.

I love the big pocket. Perfect for storing your botanicals in mason jars or whatever jar you have. Mine is set to hold 3. I have a mighty vape and case. The case sits on top perfectly. Then close it all up and it’s smell proof 👌🏻. There’s two other pockets and a pouch inside the big area along with the laptop storage area against your back when wearing. The only thing I wish it had is a side pocket for a small water bottle so I can use it for the gym too…I know, I’m picky. Overall I got what I paid for...the first one I ordered came damaged. Almost as if it was a previous return but they sent a new bag before I even mailed the old one back. Good customer service.

Nice bag. Zipper is nice but you have to fold the lip over it back for ease of use. Divider tray for the bottom is perfect. Very nice. I will buy again if needed.

Good back pack but did not come with the divider insert and this is upsetting because i have glass pieces that need to be carried safely but now they will move.
