This is a good product to keep your laptop cool. I had my computer(14in. laptop) on for 4-5 hours and it's only gotten warm. However the usb port doesn't work anymore and I've only had it for 3 weeks. The usb stop working after my 3rd time using it. They work off and on right now.but it's never stable enough for a flash drive. I use my mouse,but that only works half the time. Don't buy this for the many usb ports,because they are nothing you can depend on. Not a quality product in my opinion unless you're buying it to only keep your computer cool.

I read a lot of reviews before picking up this cooler, and it's pretty great. It is smaller than I expected, but the little flip up legs on the front keep my 15" laptop secure. The fan position slides, so you can place it under the hot spots, which is something no other fan I've had could do. 4 USB ports is really handy as well. It's light but does a good job. It's summer in SoCal, and my house isn't air conditioned, but this little fan keeps my HP running like a charm.

Works great for my application.Please measure airflow with an anemometer, and publish the results. Four-Stars because this information is not published and it would have been helpful in comparing products.

So far so good. I consider it fairly well made. Probably wouldn't survive a 10 ft fall though. I find it too be pretty quiet. Would recommend purchase

Quite and light. Fan is powerful for enough to cool down my Dell Precision M4800 laptop. Great deal to get this product.

I received one that was very loud and the extra usb ports were not working for my mouse. The product seemed really cheap. I returned it and choose an other brand (HAVIT HV-F2056) which is much better (quitter and better build quality) but I regret that this one only has one extra USB.

Usually I don't write reviews, but this cooling pad drives me crazy. The USB cable is very long which is a plus, but when connected my laptop doesn't recognize it. The fan still works, but I hear a sound from my laptop at least every 2-3 seconds that the device was disconnected.If you touch the USB (on the pad side), it disconnects. Whenever I move while the laptop on my lap, it disconnects!

Quiet! 4 USB ports! Adjustable height! Fits and holds my Toshiba Satellite nicely! Just what I was looking for! Love the on/off button - very pleased!
