Love the haakaa!
Love the manual breast pump, but the ladybugs are less than satisfactory for me. They don’t hold on very well.

Watch a video on how to use
Be sure to understand how to use. If using lady bugs for too long, they make your breasts feel sensitive. Haaka is effective in the beginning. The lid was an awesome addition. Haaka stopped working after a month. My breast would be full and I'd apply Haaka and nothing or minimal would occur

An absolute must-have for frazzled first time moms
As a first time mom, the Haakaa silicone breast pump and Ladybugs have proven to be so easy to figure out and use. The design and functionality is so simple, and they are easy to clean. The last thing I wanted to deal with in the first few days postpartum is anything with added complexity. So grateful for this product. If you are on the fence, I would say just go for it!

Saved me precious lost oz!!
I collected 1.5 oz just by having this on a couple hours in the lady bugs. It would have been lost in my bra or cotton pad. Amazing ! I don't really use the original haaka, its kind of uncomfortable but I'll try to use it as it has more suction. It's definitely an essential with this formula shortage. Lol

I love my haakaa
I have been able to build up a huge supply with these ! I get 2 to 6 ozs per feeding within 5 min it is almost full just on one side ! This beats pumping it is so easy ! Make sure you suction it well look up pics of it or videos !As for the lady bug collectors I guess I don’t leak because I haven’t had anything to collect . I will say they are very noticeable. I accidentally wore them inside to pay for gas so embarrassing lol!

Super convenient to capture let down milk
I hadn’t ordered my electric pump through insurance yet, so I used this exclusively after breastfeeding the first couple weeks after my baby was born. I would manually hand express milk into the Haakaa after it’s suction effect ran out. It wasn’t a ton but got about an oz or so before my milk supply came in. Now that my milk supply and pump have both arrived, I use the Haakaa &/or the silicone catch cups when I’m breastfeeding to catch the let down of the opposite breast. It’s quick, easy and prevents losing a single drop. Definitely more convenient than pumping. Especially if baby wakes up wailing “FEED ME NOW!” Just a quick suction and it’s ready to go.My only complaint is that my Phillips Avent sanitizer cycle takes 6 minutes and you’re only supposed to steam sanitize the Haakaa for 2-3 minutes. I didn’t read that until after it started to lose it’s suction. Not positive if using the sanitizer for the full 6 min was the cause. The suction seems to have somehow come back since, so I’m guessing it must be.

TikTok made me buy it...
I saw this product on tiktok that is supposed to help with handsfree milk collection which sounded so appealing since I'm not wanting to spend over $100 for a portable electric pump. Long story short these didn't work for me the way they did for everyone else I guess? I wore them on a 30 minute drive and they didnt pull but a couple drops out so im not sure if I'm using incorrectly or what but please let me know if you have tips!

If I knew I was throwing away this much milk I would have never of used disposable nursing pads! This photo is from 2 hours, I saved 3 Oz of milk!
