It’s a little larger cut , especially after being cooked, but I kinda like it that way. Great flavor and easy to use as a substitute in many dishes. I use it as a replacement for rice in my red beans , sausage and rice recipes

I love this Orzo and that it’s whole wheat! Tastes great and works well in every dish I’ve made. I read a review somewhere that someone said it turned to mush. They must’ve cooked the crap outta it because I’ve even made “risotto” like recipes with this and it holds it shape very well. Price is kind of expensive but I can’t find anything near the quality of this. Would definitely recommend this!
