My Wife uses Hair and Nail supplements every day which she feels do work and was happy to try these as an alternative. Obviously it will take a while for any benefits to show up so I will update this review.What I can say though is that they are quite expensive compared to alternatives available. If you take the recommended dose of 3 a day then this packet will only last a month.. Any positive benefits would have to be marvellous to feel happy about paying £13 (current price) a month.

One month supply take 3 a day that can work out pretty expensive for some when you dont know if there will be any benefit out of it till the full course. I don't know about my hair or nails as my hair is still falling out but I have noticed my skin a lot better since taking supplements so maybe these will continue that trend if that helps. In fact on Saturday I got two compliments from a male and female friend that I was looking well lately lol. On top of that I do use Oloe Vera gel daily night and day too. But the supplements must have made some difference as been gelling for 2 years without much difference.

Firstly the five star rating is because I've got this to review so I'm grateful for that and it's here and it's something to try. How can I review a supplement really? So the thing is, I was going to pass on this item as I thought I've got plenty of multivitamins now and I really don't need any more, I mean just because it says Hair Skin and Nails it's still just a multivitamin isn't it? But no, when I when onto the product page to have a closer look there are ingredients in here that are not in your regular multivitamins like horsetail stem extract (not from actual horses), vegan hyaluronic acid, collagen formation blend, coconut water powder, and a whole host of other stuff as well as your usual vitamins and minerals. All this is suitable for vegans too so I had to have it. Any help I can get for my hair and skin is welcome and this supplement's ingredients sound very interesting! Anyway I'll give it a go, the supplement is made to GMP code of practice whatever that is, but it must be okay I guess.

You get 90 capsules, but you have to take a 3 a day,so this is only one month's supply for your tenner. It includes vitamin A, some of the Bs, C, zinc, selenium, iodine and some botanical extracts. The vitamins and minerals are 100% of your daily requirement. This seems to work fairly well as a multivitamin, except there is no vitamin D. This originates from Colchester.

Intake these capsules for a month now i cant really tell if i can see any difference yet but i got 2 more months to go so will update.
