so many uses. nice enough to set on the dinner table with a big salad inside. good for a big bag of chips or popcorn, and the next smaller size good for dip or salsa. won't tip over - great balance and flat bottom. rim of the bowl easy to grip - not thick or sharp. dishwasher does not dull the finish or go dark. these are the only mixing bowls I buy. it's great to find a quality product then stick with it so I don't waste money trying something else. these bowls regularly go on sale and that is when I buy. would gift a set to anyone, guy or gal.

Just what I was looking for, a lightweight, simple, useful bowl. Most bowls I found were thick, heavyweight, fancy, with other features about them. I didn’t want any of that. I like this one to wash and soak grains, beans and for other things.

I does the job and nests well with our old set.

The bowl itself is great. Just what I was looking for. But…. The packaging sucked. The bag it was in was taped to the rim of the bowl and it took a lot of scrubbing to remove the residue. But the label on the bottom was worse. Razor blade , scrubbing and alcohol still didn’t remove it all the way. I even soaked it in hot soapy water before starting to remove it.

Great mixing bowls for cooking and baking. Nice size and easy to clean.

These bowls have a good thickness to them. Work well in the kitchen and much lighter than the glass bowls they replaced!

Gets the job done but smaller than it looked on line.

While I am very pleased with these bowls, good size of 1.5 quarts, nice and light weight and great price! However, one star deducted for the awful gummy labels they stick on the bottom..VERY difficult to remove, too much horrible adhesive! After a few rounds in the dishwasher, STILL the gummy garbage remains!

Lots of residues that requires lots of cleaning before first use.Fits perfect inside a Lodge Dutch oven.

Put it in the dish washer first cuz it has a black soot on it which I assume is some kind of spray they used for storage and shipping (then wipe it down really well). For the sticker on the bottom: use hot water to peel it and and a metal scrubby to get the rest off.

Just a normal bowl, nothing fancy. It had extensive scratch marks on it since I was using it as a container for egg white and whisking with egg beater. Other than that, nothing special. The marks didn't affect the quality of the bowl.
