3M Company Super Duty Rubbing Compound 05954, auto paint detail restoration car paint

Used on our 20 year old motorhome that had oxidation. Buffed it out with this compound.

This based on what the 3M rep told me is that this is the most aggressive rubbing compound they produce.This worked to bring out the shine on my 23 year old Catalina sailboat. Use a lambswool pad at a relatively low speed,,Minimum 3 steps, polish, then wax,,I would do 2 polishes to make it look pristine. Warning,,this stuff is capable of burning through Gelcoat,,,keep your pad clean and use a spray water bottle to keep the surface cool and lubricated...
