Hello,For a product that cost 2.1k it is horrendously put together, parts are loose and make really loud clank noises inside. The CPU over heats instantly because they have cheap watts in there and little to no cooling. This product screams and feels like a scalper has thrown cheap parts together and sold the GPU for 2.1 while rest are terrible build. Avoid at all cost, go build one yourself or visit specialist website that will do the parts you want. Im in the middle of returning this now and getting my refund back. Shocking product, beware.

Overall it’s ok. It has a few problems with it. First of all. Before putting it for the first time check for loose parts. My one had a rivet from the case on the motherboard that fell out when unpacking. Because it’s a bit of a mixed bag of parts you may find problems with high end games. It comes with 16 Gb memory. This is a big problem for my as when it used it will slow down to a crawl. Trying to use any programs that will monitor the system is fun as it will not recognise parts. Example are very high temperature readings well over 100c. Graphics card will read as a RTX 3090 but with 4Gb but windows will show only 1Gb. This is all misleading.There is no way to upgrade with additional parts. I needed Wi-Fi so had to lose all of the USB’s to the front. The cpu fan is not very good becomes very nosy. The system could do with something better. It could also do with more than 1 case fan as it stores to much heat. And please please please put 32Gb of memory at a minimum it’s maximum is only 64Gb 2933 MHz DDR4.It’s a shame it’s so restricted to upgrading it later on.Still waiting for the free game lol. But they did give me a link to another game that was what I call pay to win online multiplayer only game that is free to play but will cost you a lot more than this PC if you decide to pay for all the tanks planes and so on.

As the Description changed for a newer model this is for the following machine"Vibox VIII-11 Gaming PC - 10th Gen Ten Core Intel i9 Processor - RTX 3070 8GB Graphics Card 16 Gb RAM / 480Gb SSD / 2Tb HDD"Delivery - No problems at-all. machine came on time via DPD who supplied a 2 hour window it would be delivered PC was packaged well with extra support around the graphics card to ensure it didn't damage the motherboard during transit. Only slight issue was one of the SATA cabled for the HDD came out I guess when putting in the foam protection and just needed a push back into the socket and all was good.Machine itself - This machine is FAST !! I've not as yet found any game that cannot accept the full settings. Mainly played GTA5 with everything set to full and it runs smooth and looks amazing ! Most of the time the fans in the case are very quiet with just a small amount of sound as you push the CPU / Graphics but nothing too distracting.

This is one of the largest purchases I have made on Amazon so thought I’d share my experiences, as it is not an easy decision on such valuable items. I wanted a fairly high end gaming PC. Priorities were performance, optimally compatible components, high build quality and longevity. I started with the usual suspects of Alienware and other premium brands. It became evident there were no particular guarantees and the components were not necessarily superior. I found Vibox but was disappointed that the high spec components seemed to be let down by inferior motherboards, coolant and power supplies, according to reviews. So I spoke with customer service and discovered their SG range which is not as easy to find on the options as it might be. The SGs have superior motherboards, RAM, PSUs and liquid cooling. You pay a little more but this is what I was looking for as I think a PC to be more than a CPU & GPU pairing. So I decided to buy from Vibox as it seemed to tick my requirements and the customer service really did seem to be a positive differentiator.I choose a high end SG machine with fancy glass sides. When it arrived it was packaged very, very well and I was surprised and impressed to find some fancy expanding foam had been activated inside the case to protect the components. The instructions advised this must be removed before use, which went fine. However on powering up nothing worked and I could get no display to appear. After dozens of attempts to plug in different display ports etc and monitors, I called customer service. Over calls and emails we worked through a reseating of the GPU (I think this was fine,, reseating 2 of the 4 RAM slots (an issue), and re-checking the power leads were all firmly in place. Vibox offered at any point if I wanted to I could ship the PC back to them for them to fix. I persevered and eventually found a second power cable to the GPU was not even plugged in. This fixed it. So it was clear my machine had a very rough ride with the courier and a lot of parts had been unsettled.Sadly both panes were also scratched on the inside (there was protective plastic on the outside.) Once we had the machine working Vibox offered to ship me out two new panes, to protect them they sent them in an identical full PC case, so I swapped the panes and returned the case (all FoC.)BTW it’s not the most important aspect, but I do think this is the prettiest PC I’ve ever seen, premium brands included.I’m also discussing some RGB fans effects too, but this super minor and as ever Vibox are instant in their replies and very helpful.So it’s not been the smoothest of rides, but I am a happy customer. I have exactly the components I wanted, all with the right supporting components too. The PSU and cooling are exactly the quality I wanted. I think the majority of the issues were caused by the courier and Vibox both tried to protect the PC and were flawless in their customer service.The most important question is whether I would buy again from Vibox? The resounding answer is yes, in fact this PC has been so well received, I may be buying another for my son soon. That will be from Vibox.

Really nice PC to use. Runs GTAV, RD2 and Fallout extremely well. No quibbles or complaints. If you are new to using PCs like these, you need to make sure you are downloading the drivers for the components, otherwise your components are useless.Service wise, 10/10. the little sweet packet and the welcome card in the box was a nice touch. The free game also, with my emails being answered to quickly. Good value for money.
