This knife is very sturdy and edges are very sharp. Cuts veggies uniquely. Very good for party snacks or French fries.

It's ok
It's good but not great, it cuts well enough, but it doesn't give a balanced feel while using, results in very uneven size discs. However, I bought it to make waffle fries, which it didn't quite live up to the mark, if using it specifically for justsking crinkle fries it might be perfect
