So-so
My 6yo daughter loved it. Said she'd seen it at school, and she had to have it. My 2yo wasn't as impressed, and he only watched the first few minutes. What I liked:Very entertaining, if only a tad long. The voices were amazing. What I didn't like:Some bits felt a bit redundant. Also, there were some loose ends, and not following through with the mouse's story made it feel incomplete. There was too much crime in this show. Bank robbery, dangerous driving, gambling and cheating, breaking out of jail, etc.Moon's assistant and his aunt aren't featured on the cover and they're not given sufficient credit for saving the show. The gaudy European stereotype portrayed by the pig. One non-American character in the whole show and it had to be that.

Brilliant Feel Good Film
Sing is a fantastic animated film. Amazing music and a fantastic theatre to look at. The characters are fun and you find yourself wanting them all to succeed. It has a really positive message about believing in yourself and is ideal for kids of all ages. An ideal film to watch if you want to put a big smile on your face.

A great family film.
We watched this with our 2-and-a-half year old last night. He's seen a few films: Thomas the Tank Engine, Paddington, Minions and Polar Express before, and is quite good at sitting through them but tends just to sit quietly and very occasionally react to the narrative. In this case he was totally enthralled and especially loved the musical numbers. He was dancing and clapping by the end. This may have coloured my own experience rather, but I certainly enjoyed the film. The characters are well-crafted and it's easy to care about them and their own particular situations, which is quite a feat considering the limited screentime they each get. The songs themselves are well-chosen and fun, but my favourite elements were the crafted set-pieces - the unique approach to creating a light stage, the Heath Robinsonesque domestic solution, the way characters are typically floored by the consequences of their own actions rather than by shear bad luck (except for the accidental distribution of the unedited flyers of course).A really enjoyable family film that will engage everybody and just leave you feeling happier afterwards.

Great music, storyline, cast, animation for all the family
This was one of those really great purchases as it cost much less than a Disney film but has been watched so many more times. I love the singing and music - it's all very current and my toddlers love it too. During lock down I think we've watched it weekly! What a fab cast too. Great for all the family.

Brilliant film
So difficult to find films for children that convey real meaning and an underlying message. SING is a wonderful film, beautifully crafted, incredibly funny and with a morality that makes one think about what life is really about. A great film to curl up in front of, cuddling the children and sharing together.

Family favourite
The perfect movie for a family. It’s uplifting, inspiring and we all sing along a few tears and lots of giggles too !!I wouldn’t recommend renting it though. You should buy the movie as it’s one of those movies that you can watch over and over and over again without getting bored.5 stars

A feelgood film with lots of good music
I watched this film with my 7-year-old granddaughter, and we both loved it. The characters are believable and amusing, and the music is excellent. It's a film with a strong message about the power of music, and how one can overcome difficulties to achieve one's dream.
