I have pretty major vitamin deficiencies and have trouble with energy early morning and early afternoons (short bursts I guess?) and adding one after all my morning meds has really helped me when getting about. The fact that they taste better than the healthy energy shots I was taking before really helped me more too! I sometimes found myself bringing my meds back up and wasting them.Small, gentle on my stomach and no disgusting taste! A* barring maybe the price could be a tiny bit cheaper for how long one box lasts 😑

These are absolutely disgusting and there rock hard. Please don’t waste your money you will be super disappointed
