Android TV Box 9.0 X96 AIR S905X3 2GB 16GB Media Player Dual-WiFi 2.4Ghz/5Ghz 3D 8K USB 3.0 H.265 Smart Media Player

As this is described, I read Android TV Box 10.0 as Android 10. It is actually Android 9 so be aware of that - not a show stopper but confusing and I do wonder if it should have been, I checked for an online update but still on 9. Performance in streaming and on the picture is excellent no loss with buffering, I have it ethernet cabled but did try it on WiFi and still ok. The remote works ok but is not the most intuitive and let's it down, needing to rely on the remote 'mouse' button quite a lot. I can see why elsewhere they sell a keyboard. But once you are setup it's ok for general use. Navigating You tube is straightforward using the arrow buttons but for Prime I can only manage using the mouse function which is tedious. Once the program is selected then it responds quickly. Netflix App is preinstalled. This is a rooted Android box and not a Disney approved one, a pity as GPLAY does not then have it available for it. There are many other Apps available on Google Play. It's odd that I saw this model for sale on an Australian site that was advertised with Disney so thought that it would have it or it could be installed. I guess its technically possible but it's not available here on gplay. It's the only App so far that wouldn't install. Connectivity is excellent with plenty of port options and 8K UHD performance - if you have an 8K TV! You can likely get it cheaper elsewhere but it still represents good value.

Bought a few of these and they all have different WiFi speeds we ven tho there on same network. One min the doing 60 down on an 80 down network then just drop to 12 down and crap like that.
