ICB, Holy Bible, Hardcover: International Children's Bible

Great quality, I love that my child can read this for themselves. It does not feel cheap or overly juvenile. I also love that the pictures are engaging -- child loves to look through and find stories they know or ask me to read the stories that go with certain pictures; it's very helpful that the relevant verses are there on the images to reference the story. I also appreciate that the illustrations are more culturally and racially accurate than some other options. We recently read the story of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba in both this Bible and another Bible story book. The book had her looking very European (white, straight, light-colored hair) while this Bible shows her as dark-skinned with clearly African hair. From what I understand, it's far more accurate, and great for my kids to see the representation of skin like theirs in Bible illustrations. I love that this translation is also simple enough for my elementary child to begin reading on their own.

I bought this Bible for my niece and nephew. The words are easily to read and I love how this book has pictures for the kids to understand.

Great word for both children and adults. And the artwork is Beautiful! This is not a storybook bible but an actual Holy Bible. I love it. My whole family loves it.
