Very well insulated, huge inside, zipper has been trouble free.
I use it for various hot/cold delivery needs. Fits A LOT inside. Zipper has been hassle free. Surprising how luke-warm food feels going in, and hot it feels coming out (It heat from inside the food is heating the outside, just almost no heat loss in the bag compared to bags sitting on countertops at restaurants getting cold waiting for pick-up).This bag though is too big to lug around to doors; I use it to keep things in the car at temp and then run them from the car to the door. Works well for my purposes.

Great for personal use
I wanted a bag that could keep pizzas warm when I pick them up from places like Costco. This works perfectly. I am not sure of the exact number it will fit, but I had four Costco pizzas in it without an issue.It does a great job of keeping things warm too. The pizzas stayed hot for quite a while and warm for a couple of hours.One warning. It will get VERY moist inside the bag. The cardboard started to get really damp as a result. When I am done with it, I leave it open for a couple of hours to dry out.

Good choice
I doordash full time and use this bag constantly. It’s still functioning perfectly well and keeps items very warm. Maybe even too warm haha jk overall great buy

Spacious and strong
Very large. I use it for exceptionally large Doordash orders. I can load it with groceries and make fewer trips to the customer's door with their grocery order. It keeps hot foot hot even if it takes 1/2 hr to get to the customer's door.

Way Too Big For Most Deliveries
Bag is huge! This should be a plus but the outside walls have no structure. Works fine for delivery orders in the car but carrying this monstrosity up to the door when I have to meet the customer at the door is comical. They probably wonder why my bag is so big! I ordered it for when I have stacked UberEats orders but don’t use it unless absolutely necessary. I use a smaller, structured bag for my usual deliveries. This is a backup and reserved for oversized pizza orders.
