I have been using this for years. The quality is great. I don’t buy this from any other company.

A very effective mild acting fiber. Mixed with water, It has a neutral taste, with a bit of a grain flavor. Just what the name says. No sweeteners, preservatives,or phony fruit flavors. Add it to juice instead of using water, if you prefer.

The psyllium and flax are VERY helpful for me as well as all VPK products that Dr. Chaudhary recommends. If you have ANY digestive issues or body pain, I suggest you study her protocol and see if it would fit you.

Since the product is a powder, it's kind of hard to take (for me). It doesn't taste bad, but it clumps quickly. When it's time to reorder, I'll have to swap to capsules.
