I have read where some people had troubles swallowing them but honestly I had no issue with that. There is a tinch of a mushroom flavor so if you dont like mushrooms just have your drink handy I gave the 4 stars for flavor because its not a great taste but its really not bad. It really isn't a strong taste and is gone as soon as you swallow them. I have noticed zero after tatste or anything bad like that. I have recently started working super early and honestly im not a morning person but since these arrived and i started taking them I have the energy to get my day started and I've also noticed that morning fog that usually lasts until lunch time doesnt exist for me anymore. If i miss a day I notice!!! I forgot them at work one day so I couldnt take them and I felt the difference so i know for sure its these thats making my days so much better!! I was given these from a friend and I'm really glad I was. I actually just purchased another bottle so the Hubby can start taking them to. All around a great product so far and if any of that changes i will surely update this considering ive only been taking them for a week. As of now this will be a permanent part of my morning routine!! Absolutely love these!!!! I have recently incorporated Pure Mushroom Gold into my daily supplements. I have already experienced improved focus (goodbye brain fog!) and the typical late afternoon slump has been replaced with steady energy throughout the day. This leads to more restful sleep. The immune boosting and detoxing properties are an obvious added bonus. I will continue to use!

After taking these pills for about a week, I've noticed that I have more energy throughout the day and during workouts. I've also been able to focus on assignments for a larger amount of time as well. The only downside is that the pills are quite large, however they aren't difficult to swallow.

With the quarantine I felt like my energy levels dropping. I am not someone who takes supplements that often but after reading about the benefits of mushrooms I started taking these. Definitely noticing more energy and mental focus. Very impressed so far!

I would have written this review sooner however I was making sure they worked and I am very pleased withe the results. This supplement is easy to swallow and they use good quality ingredients. Since using them I have been more focused and have been accomplishing more tasks I will be purchasing these supplements again.

Picture shows size. The capsule is easy to swallow. The taste was tough for me. As long as I have a glass of water near by its ok. I gave it a 4 strictly because of the taste. It is only when you first take them. It’s not like fish oil where you burp it all day. I have found that my energy throughout the day is steady and even. It’s now a part of my daily supplement routine.

After 5 days of 2 capsules per day I am definitely noticing an impact. My workouts are more intense with increased endurance on my treadmill work. I seem to be waking up these last couple days with more energy right out of bed. I had experimented in the past with single mushroom variety supplements with out much results. I think this broad combination really hits the mark. I will be reordering.

No real flavor when swallowing it, capsule goes down easy. Not really noticing any difference but may just need to be taking it for prolonged periods of time to see it.
