This does not come with the applicator. But this stuff is great.

Device turns off after seconds of use, have to keep plugging in and off every 15 seconds to keep in use. Poor quality. Hope this is a defective piece and not their regular merchandise.

This Snow Lavender and Mint Sugar lip exfoliator was available to me through the Amazon Vine program. Snow is a company located in the USA that sells teeth whitening systems and mouth care products. This Snow lip exfoliator comes in a pretty container and the product is pretty, too. I had never used a lip exfoliator and was surprised to discover there were no instructions. However, I did find instructions on their website. You scoop a small amount of product using the lip applicator tool* and apply it to damp lips. Using your fingers, you gently massage in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and apply lip balm. It is recommended to use once or twice a week.As far as the exfoliating product itself, it is made with natural ingredients, including sugar, jojoba oil, coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E and natural extracts. In addition, it is gluten-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free and phthalate-free. I have used it a couple of times. It can be a little challenging to get the exfoliator on the round applicator. When massaging it in circles on the lips, the grittiness of the exfoliator melts away. The product has a nice scent and flavor. (No, I didn’t eat it, but you can definitely taste it on your lips.) It did seem to help alleviate some of the dry skin on and immediately around my lips. The downside of this product is it is expensive, so I don’t know if I would actually buy it myself. This lip exfoliator is made in the USA. 3.5 stars*Note: I received the applicator tool, but it was packaged separately. I see another reviewer did not receive the applicator tool, so it is not clear to me if it is usually included or not.

I started getting concerned when I saw the circle closure not secure on the box. Then I opened the box and pulled out the jar. It showed evidence of having been used. Pulled out the applicator - it still had a piece of the sugar stuff on it. Didn't try it at all. Returned it. Update: got another jar and it doesn't look like it has been used. I am much happier now and I have scrubbed my lips well. By the way, the scrub is somewhat hard, like it doesn't have enough moisture to make it easy to work with. I did get the applicator with mine. I can't taste or smell mint and I believe I might add some mother oil to this jar so it is easier to work with

So there are no instructions that come with it, so I had to refer back to the product descriptions page. Which is fine, but would be more convenient if it was print somewhere on the product. Anyways, it comes with the lip exfoliator and application tool. The tool is really cute and good quality as well. You basically take a little bit of the product using the round head of the tool and rub it onto your lips. The product is really gritty but feel great on the lips. There is no taste or scent to it and the products listed are great: sugar, jojoba oil, coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E... I really like the product and look forward to using it on a regular basis! It leave my lips feeling a little tingly and smooth.
