Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Bought for someone's birthday, kinda want to rebuy it for myself.Very good, second disc was a bit warped, I am assuming from heat or something somewhere along its travels, buuuut, it's Shpongle.The warp is nor very noticeable, no audible weirdness, just a visible wobble to the disc if you look close at the tone arm, you'll see it raise a little, no biggy if you have enough float and are not an audiophile, like I said, it's shpongle, the thing could be way worse and you'd still not notice.Just received my second copy, bought the first copy for my cousin as a gift...The first disc is very warped, I am using a Beogram with an MMC2 with about 60hrs on the stylus, and it kinda sucks.It's warped beyond my ability to overlook it because it's Shpongle. It was funny at first but now it's rather annoying.I have not even looked at the second disc in the set because I am still trying to get through this one, but judging by the way the second half of the sleeve won't even close all the way, I am willing to bet it is just as messed up.I will look now, and see. Yes, it is, just as bad.It won't even sit flat on the sleeve on a table, one side is lifted off and I can almost rock the disc on the lowest part like a see-saw.Awesome.I don't know who pressed these or how they were stored but one of the two ends of this production messed up pretty bad.I may have to build a press, and warm them a bit to flatten them out.Pretty sad.

Great album, but like another customer said, the second disc came so warped it skips, crackles and pops.Are all pressings of this album like this?The second disc is almost completely unlistenable.Completely ruins the Shpongle experience.

One of the best albums you'll ever listen too.

I love this vinyl release! Great pressing, and the album is great, too. While it doesn't break a ton of new ground, it's still an excellent Shpongle record.

Yeah, I'm a pretty big fan of Shpongle and this is probably my favourite album. I'd give it five stars, but the second LP in this came warped and couldn't play properly. I'm sending it back for a replacement, and I'll edit this review if the replacement is satisfactory.Edit: Replacement vinyl came in today. It's just as warped as the first one and it clicks and pops. It doesn't play correctly.

Vinyl was slightly warped, (you could barely tell...it IS Shpongle afterall) but in excellent condition otherwise.

i dont review stuff most of the time others say what im thinking anyway. but ive been turned on to these creative souls an i cant believe how brilliant they are ive been into ozrics and eat static since early 90s an shpongle are cut from the same cloth an i just got this on vinyl and i cant stop listening to it its more eat static than ozrics but if you like either buy this asap the download is stupidly cheap but the vinyl is so nicely crafted and produced im still hearing things for the first if you have a good turntable get thisi dont wanna do a song by song thing it has to be as a whole i dont know what the songs are called it doesnt matter did i mention you should buy this lol. martin

Having been a Shpongle fan since their conception, I have followed the progress from the original electronic, through to a full blown band, with Cello, Flute, Hang drum, as well as live singing, and drums/percussion. This latest offering is more polished, and deaper than the earlier CD's. It has shades of Pink Floyd, Eat Static, (as do all the earlies CD's. Also track D1, Have they been listening to Poul Ruders Gong trilogy? Since I bought this it hasn't been off the Record deck.

I thought I was getting the holographic cover edition not the plain one, apart from that it's all good. Great service and great product

Wie schon unten irgendjemand gesagt hat, auch meine Platte ist voll wellig. Ist das die Pressung? das kann ich nicht glauben. Es sieht so aus, dass die Platten wurden von Ozora Festival in Ungarn, wo Shpongle gespielt hat, bei 35 Grad rumgelagert und die nicht verkauften landeten irgendwo hier... Ich schicke die Platte zurück und bestelle irgendwo nochmal, bin gespannt, ob es besser wird. Schade. Aber von Inhalt der LP natürlich 5*****!!!!!

Super album, miese lp.Über die musik muss man glaube ich nicht viel sagen... die ist halt geschmackssache.Aber wer auch immer diese lps gepresst oder gelagert hat, der hat was falsch gemacht denn die beide lps sind bei mir verbogen und verkratzt allerdings in ovp angekommen. Also schon kurz vor unverschämt...
