Works perfect... Instead of attaching a sling, I attached my bi-pod to it which allows me to quickly detach my bi-pod and re-attach it to any of my other rifles...

Recently I received this quick detach bi pod mount. I had, at first, misgivings about it. As you can see from my pics there, on the side of the lever, less metal to grip the rail than on the opposite side. Well I got out today and shot around 60 rounds of .223 and the bi-pod stayed rock solid. Also some reviews, from different manufacturers, have mentioned that the bi-pod is hard to attach to the adapter. I didn't find that the case. I put one finger on the inside part of the stud that turns. Placed my finger on that and then proceeded to attach the bi-pod. I will leave it attached and just take it of my rail when I don't plan on using it. Very simple and easy to use. I expect this adapter to last for awhile. It appears to be solidly build.

This fit on my picatinny rail well, it was however hard to snap the lever shut to lock it in. Don't be discouraged if it seems difficult, just keep pushing and it will snap shut, at least with mine, I had to use some force. It's a well manufactured sling adapter that works well with my sling. It's a tight fit and has a decent low profile look. Works perfect for what I wanted.I received this free in return for my honest and unbiased review.
