The tightness is just right, the only comment i may have is the materials of the band at the top, caused some abrasion at initial use. Otherwise i am quite happy with the product. Will check if they have the full length to the thigh level.

I was hesitant with the other high rating compression sleeves but it's hard to tell the quality. I chose the McDavid brand because I know they are on top of their industry from previous braces, etc I have purchased in my lifetime. I must admit, glad i made this decision. Top quality, top fit, I just know these will last a while.

It’s extremely comfortable and effective. It really eases the pressure on the calves.

Feel nice and snug but not too tight. Wore them playing racquetball... reduced the soreness I typically feel in my calves after running around for a couple hours.
