Foot Reflexology - An Easy to Follow Step-by-Step

Hi. I thoroughly enjoyed your video but my purchase neglected to include a foot chart. I had high expectations for this product but was disappointed to find that one intrical part was missing. I'm deeply saddened by this and wish the experience could've been better.

Good basic info about reflexology ... you can actually try it! Doesn't have a chart that shows the parts of the foot, so you know where to work. I purchased a chart and now can see as I do.

This video is excellent for instruction and to follow along with. It's also great if you just want to see what a session is like and why the reflexologist is doing whatever they are at any given point. The only drawback is it's a bit dated. I'd love a remake with contemporary sensibilities and energy. The narrator is clear but enunciates like a newscaster, as opposed to someone who's an enthusiastic and charismatic healer/alternative health care provider. Otherwise though, the material and instructions are excellent.

The description and front of the DVD packaging states that a Foot Chart is included. No foot chart! :-( There were clips inside the DVD case for such a chart, but nothing at all, other than the DVD, was included.

This DVD shows you the proper technique for applying reflexology on yourself or someone else. I was interested in it for my own purposes to improve my health. This DVD does a great job of showing you where you need to apply reflexology for different results. Each area of your foot corresponds to a certain area of the body. I easily followed the DVD and applied the technique.

It is very good. Promotes learning. It is easy to follow. People enjoy watching it. I recommend it to everyone.

i received the dvd in good time, but unfortunately the foot chart, inside the case was missing. The dvd was in a sealed case, but no foot chart.thank youalison gough
