Blues House Production Yoshino Gimmick (3rd Hand) by Akira Ishizaki - Trick

This is the best version of a Yoshino or seance hand gimmick available right now. How you mount the product is important. It's not rigid enough to snap onto a rod or dowel. You'll need to attach it somehow. Some staple it on from the inside. I poured a little bit of rigid casting foam into the recessed area where it would snap onto a rod. Then I show a drywall screw threw that part of the gimmick, through the foam, and into the wood. If you do anything similar, make sure you don't get the foam into the fingers as you'll lose the ability to move them during a performance.The hand itself is very detailed and cast in a thin vinyl, allowing you to put your fingers inside and move the fake fingers. The color was also great considering it's a universal gimmick. It's slightly darker than my skin tone but at stage distance and under reasonable lighting, it's not noticeable. You could airbrush it to your skin tone if you absolutely wanted a perfect match but I don't think it's necessary unless your skin tone is radically different. I bought two of them and make a gimmick with a white glove on so I can perform with santa gloves to make childrens gifts appear from behind a cloth.
