These are HARD as a rock and NOT flexible at all! They're weird sizes so if your head is bigger or smaller than the exact size of the one you're trying to use, it sits oddly. Not to mention if you have thin hair the accessory will show through and your hair will NOT cover it, which as I bought this this to add volume to my thin hair sort of defeats the purpose if my thin hair doesn't cover the accessory? Then even if I can manage to hide the thing in my hair, it makes my head weird shaped and does not "add volume"...what a waste of money.

I was honestly skeptical to buy a bumpit because it has always reminded me of the Jersey Shore Snooki poof from 10 years ago, but I knew I needed a little bit of volume for my hair for brother’s wedding so I decided to give it a try...and it was actually awesome!!! It looked so pretty and did not look unnatural! I posted a picture as a point of reference for all the ladies out there. I (girl on the right) used the 2nd size while my sister (girl on the left) used the largest size, and both of our hairstyles came out gorgeous! We got so many compliments and I will now be using this for all bridal party hairstyles moving forward!

I am officially at the age where I hate everything that is currently in the stores. I've accepted it and am content to just keep living in my all of my leopard print, bedazzled, jersey shore circa 2008 glory. Obviously bump its are a necessary part of this aesthetic but are no longer found in stores so I'm happy to have located them here!

After reading tons of negative reviews for these hair bumps, I noticed many complained that their thin hair wouldn't cover the black hair bumps. I have extremely thick blonde hair, so I thought I could make them work. Even with my thick hair these hair bumps were too big and black to hide with my light hair. I'm so glad they didn't cost much. I get better results with bobby pins. This product should only be sold around Halloween.

I have THICK hair. It's not curly but it has a mind of its on, lemme tell you... My whole teenage life I BEGGED for these. And if I had them, my poor hair would have been so much happier. I have INSANE VOLUME With barely any back combing. I did on the "bottom" for the bump it to grip to, and sighting on the first subsection for extra grip. But I'm not sure that was needed. I used the medium sized one, will be expiermenting with the "rockstar" and smaller ones for my wedding updo.
