Quality Cooking Bags
Purchased these sous vide bags to use with my and they're great.While a typical, quality ziplock bag (the store brand are usually a bit cheaper and don't work as well) will get you by with most cooking items, those cooked over 160º should be in proper sous vide bags like these. They're also great for larger items like roasts or large steaks.These bags won't puncture easily like cheaper solutions and they'll hold up to even very long baths in higher temp cooking recipes.I'd highly recommend these bags to anyone cooking sous vide. I'll certainly be ordering more soon.

Work well in our vacuum sealer.
Started sous-vide'ing about six months ago and have the family now totally devoted to the art. Watching the pennies any keenly priced offers for the one essential, food grade bags, I chose this one. Better having an over-large bag, say for a couple of fillets of Sea Bass (50c for 40mins) Then after top seal use the sealer to reduce width and make life getting it into the bath, easier.

Great product, you will love them.
Love the ease of using them, they how up really well even after 36 to 48 hours of cooking. Seams are strong and the perfect size.
