High quality, easy to use, easy to clean
I bought these to replace a very old set of pans that I'd been using for about 20 years (and which wasn't amazing quality to begin with, though clearly were durable). I initially looked at more expensive sets, like All Clad, because of their reputation. But every one of the more high-end sets had the "sandwich" style metal extending from the base up the sides of the pans. While this is great for heat distribution, the aluminium core is always exposed at the edge - which makes them problematic to wash in the dishwasher (the aluminium gets corroded by most dishwasher tabs). I even contacted the manufacturer of some sets to question the "dishwasher safe" labels on them - and sure enough, all of them had the exposed core. So I had to decide how important the heat distribution was.I decided I could sacrifice a little side-wall heat distribution (this set still has the sandwich metal in the base) for the convenience of being able to put them in the dishwasher. I chose this specific set because it had only one skillet - I have plenty of skillets - and because it had a universal steamer in addition to the practical saucepan sizes. I also wanted a set with glass lids. And I LOVE my choice; this set is exactly what I wanted (and a good half the price of the saucepan sets I had initially looked at). Every piece is high quality; the heat distribution is more than fine; dishwasher turns out a perfect clean; the glass lids are beautiful; everything down to the comfortable handles and stay-cool lid hooks is great. I love this set and recommend it highly.

Very Good Set of Cookware
For the price, I was surprised. I replaced all of my Teflon coated cookware with stainless steel. These pans are pretty darn good. You have to know how to use stainless steel. If you preheat your pans most of the sticking problems go away that people associate with stainless. Also don't cook on high heat, don't use metal scouring pads, and avoid scratching the surface with sharp tools. I've cooked rice, potatoes, and vegetables in the saucepans with great results. I've fried in the frying pan (preheat, add oil, don't use soapy water to clean and it won't stick). Every pot and pan cooks evenly. The handles feel sturdy and the set looks amazingly good. I am an experienced cook and I give this set of cookware four stars for price, even cooking, and looks.

Solid pots with even heating!
So far these pots are great. Coming out of the box they were beautiful and had a nice weight to them. Note: the handles can get a little hot, so be mindful to use a kitchen towel or potholder when handling them. Cleaning is average, I find using barkeepers friend works best. They heat up nicely and as with all stainless steel cookware you have to be patient and allow the skillet to heat up before adding oil’s or cooking which ensures things don’t stick. Overall great bang for the buck!!

Superb buy!
I've bought this almost 2 months ago, after disposing off all my ceramic and teflon coated cookware. What a good product. Costco had the same product but with a different combination of items, I preferred this one so went ahead and paid a tad extra...it did not disappoint me! I did purchase 'Bar Keepers Friend' since it's been recommended quite a bit, to help clean stains from stainless steel surfaces and it is working like a charm. My utensils look so good even after being used daily for the last couple months. These are going to last for a long time.

Great Set of Stainless Steel Pots and Pans
The pots and pans heat very well on my new ceramic glass top range. They are of good weight as I am older and don't care for heavy pots. I really like that the tops have vent holes. It helps to prevent spills on the cooktop. They are a great value for the money. They clean up easily with Barkeepers Friend. I am very happy with them.

Not sure I would buy them again
Started using them the end of November 2022 with new cooktop. Loved them because they are stainless steel but not super heavy and they were affordable. Noticed a few days ago the fasteners holding the handles on have all discolored like they were plated and the metal has worn off. I have a few All Clad pieces this has never happened with... I guess they have to cut corners somewhere to make them cost less...

Quality at an affordable price.
Really impressed with these. I have to admit my expectations weren't that high considering the price, but I have been pleasantly surprised with their performance. Fist of all, they feel like quality cookware - heavy and solid. Even heating, lids fit like they're supposed to, and they wash up great. They tend to be a little "deeper" than most sauce pans which I like. I also like that this set comes with what I needed without a lot of extra pieces that I'll never use.

A good quality especially for the price
A good quality especially for the price, and as others have said -- get some barkeeper's friend cleaner and you will find they continue to work well. However -- I have also in the past year purchased some Cooks' pots separately, one of them the exact same "size" as the larger saucepot/lid in this set. The individually--purchased one is much heavier, and seems to have a thicker pot base than the collection pieces; it came with a solid lid (no steam hole or glass). I do like the glass lids, more than the solid one. The standalone version is slightly more expensive than buying the set, but is still very reasonably priced. In the future, though, I think I may instead add on pots buying the individual choices rather than the set so that I have better quality.
