I did not like that the letters were on a string because letters came sliding off as i tried to hang but it all worked out!!! I got that baby to hang successfully with no help!

I didnt even use them because it took too much energy to put the banner together, plus there were no instructions included. Initially, I had the letters strung together backwards. Apparently, there is a system to use that I was unaware of. But....they are made with quality materials, look even better than as pictured and are beautiful. If only they were already constructed they'd be perfect.

The night before my daughter's sweet 16 party we open and it says,"Happy Rirthday"! 😡Luckily I have a talented aunt that fixed it, so at least at first glance it looks like Birthday. Since we painted on it, I can't return it to get my money back.
