Light compression only, not quite enough for my needs. However they have helped a little and do keep your hands warmer. Comfy to wear, seams don't rub

Bought these for my mum as she is getting arthritis and still works in the computer for work. Since I got them I don’t see them off her hands. Highly recommend

I read other reviews and after suffering with arthritis in my fingers thought I would try these, not expecting them to help with the pain, but what a surprise they do exactly that, how I don’t know but they do and having two pairs is ideal to wash a pair and still have a pair to wear. Would highly recommend you try them
