These were perfect for a reunion event, and very affordable. The plastic is a bit stiff, and the lanyards come separately tied in bundles. So don't show up at an event and try to put these together while people are rushing the table to get their name tags. You need to put these together ahead of time, because the cards require a little dexterity to insert, and you may have trouble getting the bundles of lanyards untied if you don't have something to snip them. (They will come apart by untying, but it's a little more work.) Some people might attach the lanyard to the card when handing them out, but even that can cause some people an issue, so I suggest putting the entire thing together ahead of time, including the lanyard.Keep in mind that these, like all lanyard tags, tangle very easily, so you need a plan when you pre-assemble them so you can get them to the event without a mess. Suggest rubber banding 10 or 20 plastic tags at a time and let the lanyards flow loose. Lay the sets in a box.One final tip that applies to most of these products. These lanyards are nice and long, but for shorter people that puts the name tag at their belt level. You need to help people tie a loop in the back once they're over their heads, so they hang mid-chest. Just a suggestion for a better event.Overall, decent product at a very good price. Recommended.

These are actually nice badge holders for adults. They are thicker and clearer than the Avery badges. The clasp is pretty and the lanyard is not just string. You can definitely reuse them. The issue I have with them is the advertising. They are not appropriate for children due to the non adjustable braided length. Due to clasp length, center mounting, and non cuttable braided lanyard, they hang to my elementary music student's waist.

I ordered these laynards awhile back for reunion in June. Since ordering I have had a family member in the hospital for a month, I have had a knee replacement and am in the mist of repairing a weather damaged room. I had no time to inspect the package I received. Now that I have to get these designed and printed, I find there is nothing to print on! What the heck? Who sells kits without the actual cards? I have ordered the badge kits for over 20 years and, never had this issue.Need the missing cards a.s.a.p.

I am not one to usually leave feedback, but I feel compelled to leave negative feedback for this product. For one they were supposed to fit the name tag templates I had purchased. They did not. Each plastic sleeve was very difficult to open. Then I had to stretch it to get the printed name tag to fit. Some times they ripped in the process. The plastic is very cheap quality and gave me cuts like a paper cut. If I was not under a time constraint I would have returned them or tossed them and bought something else. And the lanyards....the clips are difficult to open. This product is JUNK!!!!

These worked perfectly for simply department ID badges. Lanyards are great length and putting everything together was simple. The plastic feels thicker than a standard sleeve so I believe they would hold up well, especially at a usual fail-point where the clasp attaches to the badge. My only concern is that the plastic holders were packaged so tightly that the had bends in the middle of them which made us have to leave them out a bit and lay something on them to make them more even. Not a deal-breaker, but just our experience.

Great product at a great price! I've needed badge-holders for a long time and finally got around to looking for some. After much reading of reviews and finding an apparently good deal, I ordered these. While my time with them is only a few days--barring a review for long-term use--I can tell you that they arrived quickly, were very neatly packaged, there was no damage or deformation to the the plastic holders, and the lanyards were in perfect shape and not all knotted up. I expect these to last for their intended use which is traveling in my work-binder and worn occasionally when requested by my clients. Thank you for a great product! I'll be recommending these others.

These holders are pretty good quality for the price, but I gave it 4 stars because a few of them ripped when I was putting the name tag inside. It was about 5 or 6 of them that ripped. They were still usable, but the rip was under the zipper, so the zipper was useless. I ordered this many knowing I would have extra, which is a good thing because I discarded the ripped ones. The lanyards are good quality, and none of them frayed or tore.I made custom name tags on VistaPrint, and they fit inside with a little room to spare. Just for a size reference..

I only received 23 plastic sleeves and 23 lanyards, but I ordered a set of 25. They seem sturdy, similar to others I have used in the past. The plastic is not flimsy; it's stiff. I did not have a problem sliding in the inserts because I made them a little smaller using card stock (regular copy paper also slid in fine). The opening is like a ziplock so there is no way your inserts will slide out. I'm just disappointed because I needed exactly 25 for my kids.

Only the lanyards arrived and was going away so needed them for our holiday pass cards. Had to use old cracked ones. I didn't find the system easy, would have had to return and reorder, couldn't explain the problem to get the plastics sent or a refund. I reordered just plastics on my return for next trip.

Lanyards were all crumpled and creased card holders bent. Not very good quality but you get what you pay for.
