Several years ago my feet hurt so badly I could hardly walk. Especially when I would get up after sitting or sleeping. I went to my Dr. and he told me to use tuli heels. When I first saw them I was not impressed. How was this little thin waffle cup going to get rid of my excusiating pain? I used them. In about a month I realized my pain was gone. I wore them for another 6 months or so and I haven't had a problem since. This purchase was for a co-worker who was having problems walking. She was living on Advil. I received the heels in about 3 days....WOW! She put them in her shoes at work, I had told her it would take some time before she felt any relief but in about an hour she wasn't limping and she smiled and said her heels didn't hurt . If you are hurting in your heels (which causes your whole foot to hurt!).. try tulis.

These cups fit easily into your shoe without that uncomfortable feeling, like they don’t belong there. They alleviate that pain from pressure and really cushion the heel. My son is hooked and we now own 4 pairs that he keeps in his everyday shoes and his sport cleats/shoes!

Dr recommend for plantar fasciitis but not really working. Would be better for heal spur pain.
