What a great way to increase intensity.
If you’re going to do squats with the yellow or green band you will notice more tension. Also if you do squats with side to side this is a great tool to increase intensity and it has a good impact for muscle building and strengthening. Even for stretching your upper body muscles this is a great equipment and is priced very well. I highly recommend. I’ve lost the yellow one and using green one for now .. green is lowest intensity I think.. yellow is a little higher. If you have hair on your calves and use this make sure to not get them too entangled as it will hurt you.
