They are cute and inexpensive. However, they keep sliding off her head. Also, I was not sure what the black elastic bands were for.

Cute - Recommend!
Great value for the money. Love that these a basic, practical colors so we reach for these headbands often for my 5 year old's hair. They stay in place well so she's not messing with it at school. We've kept the bows on the headbands so far but I do like the versatility of being able to remove from the headbands and place on the provided hair ties for an additional cute look.
