My work is always face to computer, my hands are moving in the same repetitive way for hours and hours on my keyboard. I have avoided carpel tunnel syndrome thus far but I have noticed my hands feel kind of weak and even my forearms seem affected by the hours I spend daily on the computer. This set of three Hand Grips is a real help. They come in light, medium, and heavy but none are super hard to squeeze. They are made of a soft silicone-like material that isn't rough on the hands like traditional hand strengtheners. They're slightly oval shaped and have indents for each finger on them. You just grip one and squeeze. You can feel the work in the hands and forearms. These actually relax my hands and keep them from cramping.Great for:— those of us that work at a desk or drive all day— physical therapy— toddler toy (maybe not so much for those still teething.)— adults (or children with very large hands)I received these for free for my honest opinion.

These are not bad but the reason I bought them was because it is advertised for children - however, even the easiest pair is still quite strong. My 8-year old has a hard time squeezing it, and I can say the same for myself. Granted, this may very well be the reason he and I should use them more! However, I still wanted to leave a review as a warning to other parents who may be considering these for their children.

i brought several levels for my arthritic fingers and it seems to be strengthening them. I was told to use by a hand therapist.

These hand grippers allow to use my hands and keep them lose for more movement and with less inflammation in them by that I mean arthritis, which to me is the pain. I place ice on my hands several times as day for relief and now use the hand grippers for more relief. These are ideal to fit any hand size and it comes with three levels of strength.These hand strengtheners are easy to grip and soft on your hands. With three levels to choose from you can work your way up or use all three in a session. I also see how they can be used as a stress reliever so you can have them at home the office or even in your car. I have used the old style hand strengtheners and always found them difficult to use. I did not find these difficult to use for any reason, you will not be disappointed.
