Very happy and is a very good product
I got a very good product, in no way it looked like refurbished and is performing excellently. It paired well with my s10 lite samsung smartphone and i am able to listen to songs and more importantly i am able to do my long work calls with confidence as this product receives and transmits voice and does its job very well. Only one observation is that, it didn't pair with my lenovo thinkpad laptop and our Sony Bravia tv, it only paired with mobile devices, probably this could be one reason it came into refurbished phase having been returned by the earlier customer. HOwever on the mobile part, it is doing its work very well and serves my purpose with great clarity and in single charge it lasts almost 7 hours of continuous usage, so it is pretty decently performing, thank you so much.

good headphone but too bright
the headphone is good. very clear sound and good quality construction. but it is too bright which overpowers the bass, bass is present adequately and for me i had to use the equalizer to reduce treble.thought it is renewed product, the item itself is brand new and seems to be a open box return.

Product stooped working in 4 months.
Product has stopped working in 4 months. It simply stopped working. Didn't expect this from Sennheiser. The so-called German brand is even worse than those cheap headphones. At least they last a year or so.Amazon is just selling products without any quality checks. I just don't see this as a sustainable way of doing business.

About battery life
Sound quality is good but charging lasts only 2 hours.

idk why they're selling it as renewed. when i opened the box, the product was as good as new. none of my friends could tell if i had bought a new or renewed product. as for the sound quality, i have no complaints. vocals are crystal clear and the bass is present. don't buy if you like bass boosted chapri sound signature headphones. got it for 750rs so definitely worth every penny.

Noise cancellation is not good, sound quality is average, battery life is poor. Overall review not satisfied with the headphones.

Good product in this price
I baught this 2 days before and sound is not much high but very clear and bass is very good. If are music lover it will not disappoint you. battery life is I think 5 hours for countois playingthat is good for me. Build quality is very good.
