Not fit for purpose no seal around the unit to protect against the UK weather, Blurams response to this was "Put the bell under the eaves" connection is lost a lot and notifications are awful.The problems I mention are well documented on the net.Security screw very weak

Motion detection is so sensitive that it literally records the slighest movement!

The battery with this is very poor.I’m having to charge this daily. I’m going to send it back. A big let down.

A very poor battery life and not great support

This doorbell fails to notify when someone calls at the door.This review is written by an Indiegogo backer of the development and production of this device.It does everything else it claims to do, except the one thing I purchased it for.General Motion detection is TOO sensitive and sends too many notifications to my phone, even though this function has been disabled. May be a reason other people's batteries failso quickly.Similarly, the recognition of PEOPLE approaching the door is too sensitive and sends too many notifications to the phone. The facial recognition does work impressively.But what fails to work at all is live notifications of people who have pressed the doorbell. Therefore it is impossible to engage with the caller.These doorbell pushes appear in the video log as "missed calls" when they should appear as un-notified calls.Blurams support desk has stopped responding to my requests for assistance.A great shame that a device that offers so much promise fails in fulfilling its prime function of telling you there's someone ringing the doorbell.

Got this via indiegogo and a lesser price.The features of this camera are amazing but unfortunately it comes with major issues.The longest my battery lasted was 3weeksThe shortest was just 4 days ( was cold during this time) all this charging has now resulted in the charging point at the back of the camera to come out.Blurams unfortunately haven’t replied to the email and the customer service isn’t the best. At first the prototype came with a water seal gasket however the final product dose not meaning eventually moisture will get in.The features are amazing ( facial recognition etc) the motion detector is good however even at the lowest setting it still picks up thing far away causing the battery to drop due to high activity at times.If these issues got sorted it will be able to compete with the bigger companies but due to these issues it just become a paper weight.Hopefully I’ll get the matter sorted soon.

Do not be tempted to buy this doorbell. Most of the early adopters have serious issues with it. The battery does not hold a charge. My unit lasted two weeks and then stopped working. The customer support is woeful. They just close down the support tickets without ever contacting you. Be warned, buy at your own peril!
