Very good product

The product UV heats up the water so much that it feels like boiling water. At least this is what the service technician told me which I found absurd. Secondly the customer service of zero B is very poor. Someone in zero B leadership team should take service abs product quality checks seriously. Pls don’t waste your money on this product

The Zero B New Kitchenmate UV Under-the-Counter Water Purifier does the basics well—filters water efficiently, fits neatly under the sink, and generally behaves like a high-functioning adult.But then it gets… creative.First, the water. Leave it idle for a bit, and it serves you water with a sauna complex. It’s warm enough to steep tea, not cool enough to survive a Delhi summer. I asked for hydration, not hydration plus steam therapy.And then there’s the faucet. Oh boy. It’s got gold bling—like it just walked off a set from a 90s music video. I wanted clean water, not a lifestyle flex. It’s a purifier, not a rapper’s kitchen accessory.In summary: does its job, but adds heat (literally) and sparkle (unnecessarily). Great for the hills, questionable for the tropics, and definitely a conversation starter in your kitchen.
