Must have product for new born, quality and build quality is good, can fit 6-8 bottles depending on size of bottles. No issues till now after 5 days of use. There is no thong provided in the package.Overall good deal.

Pathetic after sales service once it gets faulty
The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after using the product for 10-11 months. The dryer has completely stopped working. Even it is still under warranty, the lady at customer care has asked me to ship the product back to HO which is in Hyderabad. From Delhi/NCR courier company is charging 900 by road and 1300 by air but they will reimburse only 200. There is no service center nor any engineer could be aligned, only option is sending back to company. Being electronic item there should be some other option available atleast. I think there are better options available in market with good brand names and lesser prices. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

sterlizer with dryer function - only brand available in india
This machine has the following functions:1. Sterlizer plus dryer - 40 mins2. Sterlizer - 10 mins3. Dryer - 30 minsI have been using this for two months now and it works great. I dump all the bottles and pump parts and i get the dried bottles in 40 mins.I tried one more brand but that stopped working after one use.If you are working parents and need no hassle in preparing bottles for the baby- go for this product. You will never regret.Not sure about the customer service. But i called the customer care and got the response and clarification regarding warranty.Just wash the bottles with baby detergent and put them in this dryer and you will get them all ready to use in 40 minutesHope this helps

Good product! Loved the dryer function!
Does its job pretty well, compared to other brands this one was cheaper and loved its dryer function.Overall it takes approx. 40mins (6~8mins for Sterilizer and 30mins for drying)

Do not I say do not buy this product, I bought it reading the positive reviews but Product stopped working within a month of usage and no customer care phones are working.Product is in warranty but customer care is doing all drama. I won't recommend this to anyone. Strongly disappointed š Don not waste your hard earned money in this useless products. Budds buddy is a fruad company.
