Worth the price paid
This is by no means a high-end mould. I have no clue why the name says carbon steel since this is a plain tin mould. But that by no way means this is a bad mould. If you oil or butter this mould well, there is no problem with the bread sticking to it. I have made umpteen number of bread using this and all came out amazingly well. And this is the perfect size for a small OTG. So if you have one of those 21 ltr OTGs then this is the one for you.
