I got 2 different size cooler/heaters for camping. Since they take some time to reach the temperature needed, I use this plug a few hrs before needing to transport food and the cooler is ready!

We purchased a Koolatron 5 or 6 yrs ago. We use it extensively traveling. Many times we have used as s spare fridge, running continuously for months at a time. The original 120v to 12vdc finally bit the dust and we purchased a replacement. Great product!

We were so excited to get this. At first, it seemed great. After just a few uses, the adapter quit working. Got a new one because it was still under warranty. Put our camper away for the season, got it out the next season and the replacement adapter quit working, too! They wouldn't replace that one, so had to pay for another one. The unit itself works fine if you plug it in a day or so before its needed and as long as it's not too hot outside; but we would not buy this again or recommend to friends.

My husband lost this transformer to our electric cooler. The cooler is over 20 years old but I found it on Amazon and it is the exact one. Even has the Koolatron logo on it. Plugged it in and we are good to go. Amazon you are amazing!
