Soaked in warm water while cleaning the sink area for it. Sticks to the stainless steel sink like crazy. Pushed the cups onto the back of the holder and pushed the front end of the cups onto the sink and pressed the cups flat with my thumbs. No problems. Well made. Buying one for our daughter's apartment in case she ever washes dishes, haha.

Holds it's position, much better than having to reach inside the cupboard looking for a scrubber all the time. Very neat. Love it.

Works great. Holds to our stainless steel sink well. Lets the sponge dry out without causing a mess so it does not smell.
