GOLDTONE Collapsible Silicone Portable Reusable Coffee Dripper w/Carry Clip & Scoop (Collapsible Pour Over, Frameless Filter & Scoop)

We have only used it at home so far - to test it out - and it works great here. We bought it to replace the last 2 travel coffee pour-overs that failed: First we had a nifty looking metal filter holder that was fairly light and folded up to pack flat, but it had a fatal flaw when pouring in the hot water> the paper filters almost always broke due to the pressure of the grounds and water AND the lack of enough support to hold the filter when in use - basically the aluminum frame had too big a gap when opend up for use (gap was 1/2"). Next we just took a plastic Melitta filter holder which was a little bulky, but light weight. In our luggage on our last trip it got crushed to death in baggage handling. So, now we have the collapsible little silicone guy (We have other similar silicone camping items that are collapsible like this and we love them.) and will put him to the full test this summer on several trips. Should be great! Note- in both pics I'm using a #2 filter in the holder. The large mug is a 16 oz, and the small mug is 12 oz.

I use this when I’m on the road to make Coffee in my hotel room it’s made out of a kind of rubber so it collapses completely but yet is sturdy enough when brewing

This works great if you just want one cup or if you're on the road or on the go somewhere filters work wonderful with it.

For camping, the collapsible pour-over is great - takes very little space and easy to rinse.The scoop handle is too short for the coffee bags I have so it isn’t used.The fine metal mesh reusable cone filter works well with the pour-over but requires more water to rinse after each cup than I usually have available camping so I resorted to cheap paper filters; not overly earth-friendly unfortunately but easier to pack a couple dozen paper filters than another full gallon of water just to rinse with.

So compact and portable…love it…just make sure it is fully expanded before use or you could have some coffee spill…take it from one who knows!

…or if you live on a boat! Easy to use and stable in use. Just what I need on the road.

I use this little gadget every single day in my house in place of a coffee maker! It’s simple and easy to clean it dries quickly and it took us away. It takes up very little space. It works well. I have no complaints. Cannot wait to use it when I go camping!

Another reviewer mentioned the GSI collapsible pour over coffee maker. I purchased it from GSI, as it was half the price as from Amazon, and returned this coffee dripper. The one from GSI is a superior product in every way, and I would recommend spending the extra money for a quality product. This particular coffee dripper was too small for any size filter, I used the smaller size #2. The filter would slip while I was trying to make the coffee and made it difficult to make my coffee. The GSI coffee maker is large enough to make coffee for 4 people. I usually only brew one cup, but it’s nice to have that option. No problems with the filter slipping while I make my coffee. I ended up sending this coffee maker back, I do not recommend it.

While canoe camping and backpacking it is essential to pack light and compact, but there is one thing I refuse to skimp on, and that is a good cup of coffee to start the day.Originally, I packed solid solid cup cone to make coffee and after a recent solo trip it was necessary to reduce the volume of my gear substantially, I found the GoldTone Collapsible Silicone Portable Reusable Coffee Dripper and was as impressed when I used it for the first time, as when I opened the package.Made of silicone it is heat resistant, weighs very little and once collapsed it takes up almost no room in my pack.Fits a #2 filter perfectly and works brilliantly. I did remove the small carry clip (carabiner) as it seems to add unnecessary weight to the side of the cone, which made the cone collapse partly when using it. With the carry clip removed, all subsequent coffee pours were perfect.Highly recommend the product and would buy again.

We use these for camping. The are durable and collapsible which saves a lot of space in our tiny trailer. The are just a little bit smaller on the inside when you put in the paper filters because you get a small crease but it does not seem to effect the drip.

Looks to be well designed with high quality silicone. Have not used yet. Time will tell.

Product worked exactly as advertised

Bought this for travelling and i'm very happy i did. Bought a hemp coffee filter to fit inside and i'm enjoying my coffee just like at home. It's collapsible so it fits in my backpack without taking up any much needed space. Highly recommend
