I really love reading Yasmins books in general, she is such a down to earth and descriptive author. I find the information to be clear and easy to understand, even in you are new to Astrology.I think everyone knows that Mercury Retrograde is real, but even though allot of people blame their technology troubles on it, I feel like this is a really simple and precise way of taking in the information.

It is a pretty good book to understand the basic influence of mercury retrograde in your chart but if you are looking for something deeper I wouldn't recommend it.

Yasmin Boland has done it again! This is a great reference and explains Mercury retrograde well. It is an easy read but goes deeper than anything I’ve read before on retrograde. She also devoted some space to those of us born under Mercury retrograde like myself, and I finally understand why Mercury retrograde is different for me! It’s also a handy reference for retrograde cycles in each sign of the zodiac. I’m sure I’ll be referring back to it before the next Mercury retrograde.

Everything you could possibly want to know about this vague phenomenon! The effects of the Mercury Retrograde are explained as they relate to the elements, the zodiac signs, the zodiac houses, & the planets. The phenomenon & its effects are all explained in an easily accessible language that is fun to read. The book is divided into clearly defined sections & sub-sections that make it easy to use as a reference book. Fantastic information-packed little guide book! Great binding. Its protective cover & light weight make it very portable. I love it :)

To be fair, I won’t officially finish this book until 2025 when Mercury retrogrades through all 12 zodiac signs, but this book is a Must-Read. If you have any knowledge of astrology or like to follow events like Mercury retrogrades, you need this on your shelf within easy reach. As Mercury appears to go backwards about 20% of the year, this book will become extremely helpful, I promise.Yasmín Boland and co-author Kim Farnell offer an in-depth look at what sign the retrograde falls in, as well as which house, element, and your own personal planets - individual to ones birth chart, of course. It’s personal and insightful. 5 stars.
