Under Cabinet Mounted Spice Rack (Unfinished)

I got the unfinished version and stained it myself as they didn't have the color I wanted, nor did I want to trust the color in a picture. Anyway, it works great and mounted very easily. It is best to have a helper for the installation but it isn't required. If you had to, I'm sure you could put an old shoe box or two on the counter to prop it up enough for you to screw it in.What I liked most is that no assembly was required. It was all assembled all you do is screw it into your cabinet, or stain it first if you buy the unfinished version.Installing this shelf actually showed me that my cabinets weren't entirely level as the shelf dips down on one side. It isn't super noticeable unless you're looking at it, and it is no fault of the shelf I'm sure, but it sure would be nice if they had a way to adjust the screws to accommodate cabinets that aren't level, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with that problem.I always wait to review things a few weeks, and I have used this now for a few weeks without the slightest problems.Upon loading the rack initlaly, note that those McCormic spices or ones of similar size, are the only ones that will fit on the bottom shelf. The bigger generic brand ones (that are those bigger ones with the black top and the clear bottles) do not fit on the bottom, but they fit fine on the top. So keep that in mind depending on how many spices you have.And yes, the half-sized spices fit as well, again, I recommend putting those on the bottom only because there is no lip so if you really gave it a slam, I supposed they could slide out the back.Overall, I really love this product, I love how it looks, and I love the functionality and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. When I have guests over and am cooking everybody loves this item and asks where I got it. It also gives me piece of mind to not have to have a rotating spice rack or a dedicated spice cabinet in the house. Great product!!

I LOVE this spice rack! First, it is very well made, and looks great! It actually blends in with our cabinets. We have a small kitchen with little space for spices. Every time I cooked, I took all the spices out and put them all back to find what I need. Now, I can easily get to the once I use most!

An excellent way to compactly store herbs and spices.I recently had my kitchen remodeled and even the contractors were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the two of these I have. They slightly darkened the finish of them to better match the new kitchen so they look great and continue to serve me well.

I am very happy with this purchase. Matches my cabinets and very functional. Easy to install and use.

The description said it would be 19 1/2 inches wide. The product I received measures only 14 inches wide.
