These are excellent. Just the right size and pressure for exercising my arthritic hand and for my hand that was injured.

They are pretty firm. They are very nice for moments of stress and or anger when you need to tightly grip something to release those feelings

My kids love to draw on stress balls. They get very passionate about it. Unfortunately their little brother took a bite out of each of their most recent creations and so they needed to be replaced. These are a little smaller than I expected and am used to but that isn’t a bad thing. They seems soft enough for them to squeeze but firm enough to draw on. I think they will have fun with them and can pick their own favorite colors.

My hands were feeling weak so I got these to improve my grip strength. They perform nicely with a different density for each color. I’ve noticed a difference soon after using them.
